Ratnadeep Prakash
Ratnadeep is the Managing Partner at HRvisory and leads the practice here.
A senior HR professional, has more than 16 years of experience and is well versed with the entire spectrum of Human Resources Function. He has worked for reputed organisations such as Wipro and Ranbaxy in different capacities. His last assignment was with Wipro Commercial Lighting, where he worked as Head of HR.
He did his Masters from Jamia Millia Islamia.
Shailendra
Shailendra is the Senior Partner at HRvisory and leads the client acquisition and engagement.
He has a flair for designing and implementing effective HR Interventions to suit business needs.
He has held positions in both operational and strategic HR domain. He has the experience of working in various industries like Export House, Retail, Insurance, ITES & Consulting. He has worked for Vishal Retail, SMC Insurance, Hartron Communications, AEL.
He holds a Degree in International Business & Finance, and Masters in Human Resource Management.
