Our founding team brings decades of combined experience leading HR functions within complex organisations — including roles at Wipro and Ranbaxy, and across sectors like FMCG, Building Materials, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, BFSI, and Renewable Energy. We have sat on the other side of the table. We know what it feels like to receive a shortlist that misses the point. We built HRvisory to do it differently.


We are not a staffing agency. We are not a job board with a phone. We are a small but deeply capable team — and that is a deliberate choice.
